uv fluorescent pigment for anti-falsification printing

Introduction

UV fluorescent pigment itself is colorless, and after absorbing the energy of the ultraviolet light (uv-365nm or uv-254nm), it rapidly releases energy and exhibits a vivid color fluorescent effect. When the light source is removed, it stops immediately and back to the original invisible state.

    A.   UV-365nm organic

1. Particle size:1-10μm

2. Heat resistance: maximum temperature of 200 ℃, fit within 200 ℃high temperature processing.

3. Processing method: Screen printing, gravure printing, pad printing, lithography, letterpress printing ,coating, painting…

4. Suggested amount: for solvent based ink, paint: 0.1-10% w/w

for plastic injection, extrusion: 0.01%-0.05% w/w

  B.   UV-365nm inorganic  

1.Particle size:1-20μm

2.Good heat resistance: maximum temperature of 600, suitable for high-temperature processing   of  various processes.

3. Processing method: NOT suitable for lithography, letterpress printing

4. Suggested amount: for water based & solvent based ink, paint: 0.1-10% w/w

    for plastic injection, extrusion: 0.01%-0.05% w/w

Storage   Should be kept in a dry place under room temperature and do not expose to sunlight. Shelf life: 24 month.
